INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES
Physics Learning Center
Physics and Astronomy offers a wide range of instructional resources to students. The
Physics Learning Center, in Room 303 of the Physics Building, provides computers and
general purpose software for use by majors in this department and physics
graduate students. The Learning Center is open 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. Please contact Mike Caplinger

Office of Instructional Support and Development
OISD provides campus-wide leadership on matters relating to instruction. By coordinating a
wide variety of programs and activities, OISD serves faculty, administrators, and graduate
teaching assistants in each of the University of Georgia's thirteen schools and colleges.
UCNS Computer Services
UCNS is the campus service unit responsible for operation and support of UGA's major
shared institutional computing and data communications facilities including maintenance of
campus e-mail and website accounts. UCNS also provides consulting and support services and
training for faculty, staff, and students.
